Cranberry sauce, stuffing, and turkey are just a few key ingredients in a successful holiday get-together. Add in some wine and you’ve got the perfect recipe. However, the prep, the cooking, and the clean up can add a little stress to your plate if you’re not prepared. If it’s your turn to host the family Christmas dinner this year, and the thought has your head spinning, don’t worry. With a couple tips, your best appliances, and a dash of luck, this year’s holiday feast will turn out perfectly.
1. Determine the Guest List
If you’re on the hook for dinner Christmas Day, you’ll want an accurate head count of all your potential guests. Besides knowing how much food to make, you can also get an idea of how you can organize your home to accommodate your guest list. To finish up your cleaning extravaganza, clean out the inside of your oven to prevent a smoky kitchen come go time.
