2. How big is your service repair team?

At Genier’s, we have two full-time trustworthy and professional appliance repair specialists. This allows us to visit more customers and ensure repairs are properly diagnosed and completed in a timely manner.

 

3. What can I expect if my appliance requires parts instead of just servicing?

If one of our repairmen determines that your appliance requires a new part, we make sure to get the part ordered as soon as possible to eliminate any wait time. Sometimes parts take longer to arrive than we’d like, especially if they’re on back-order, so arrival times can vary but rest assured we’re doing everything we can to get them to you as soon as possible.

 

4. If you need to order a part, how long does it take for it to come in?

Most parts will come in the following day; however, some of the harder to find and/or back-ordered parts may take a little longer.

 

5. What happens if the part I require isn’t expected to arrive the following day?

If you’re waiting on a part for your fridge, range, washer, or dryer, we can set you up with one of our loaner appliances until yours is working again. We always keep a couple of these can’t-live-without appliances readily available just in case.

 

6.  What if I have warranty on my appliances?

If your appliance is still covered under warranty, we work with the manufacturer to make sure your appliance is either repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. To minimize any downtime, we’re happy to set you up with a loaner as well.

 

7. Are there any appliances you don’t repair?

Because of their more electronic nature, microwaves and coffeemakers need to be repaired at an electronics repair shop, and we can make recommendations for those services.
